Organizational stakeholders in LAUNCH including Founding Partners, Founders, Forum Partners and Accelerator Partners have access points into the LAUNCH Process to help inform, shape and prioritize in an effort to maximize overall impact into the System Challenge being addressed.

LAUNCH SUMMIT
A high-profile 2-day convening of system stakeholders who work on system transformation. The Summit is the platform for the public release of the LAUNCH Challenge. Initial engagement of prospective new partners and LAUNCH Council occurs at the Summit.

SYNTHESIS AND CHALLENGE STATEMENT DRAFTING
Following Big Think, the various perspectives from all participants are synthesized into a summary document that is distributed internally, then published externally as a content asset. Synthesis is used to finalize the Challenge Statement in advance of it being published and distributed.
